Outlook: UMaine will try to beat Brown for the first time ever in a series that dates back to 1907. The Black Bears are hoping to build on the offensive momentum they generated in taking two of three games from Hartford over the weekend. Brown dropped three of four to Dartmouth in Ivy League play. Brown is a solid offensive club, coming in at an even .300 and averaging seven runs per game. UMaine has put up five runs per contest and is hitting .278. Barrett has helped spearhead the offense, going 14-for-31 (.452) with 8 RBIs in his last 10 games.
