Driving course teaches crash-avoidance tips

A Maine Driving Dynamics course is scheduled for the following locations in May:

. 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays, May 6 and 13, Bangor High School. Call Claudia Garland at 941-6310.

. 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, May 11 and 13, Medomak Valley High School, Waldoboro. Call Leroy Jones at 832-5205.

. 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, Camden Hills Regional High School, Rockport. Call William Mitchell at 236-7800, Ext. 274.

. 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, May 18-19, Waterville High School. Call Bob Roy at 873-5754.

The course covers crash-avoidance techniques. Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record. Pre-registration is required.
