Penquis CAP to offer small-business course

BREWER – Penquis Community Action Program, in conjunction with the city of Brewer, is offering an Incubator Without Walls small-business course starting May 4 at the Brewer Auditorium.

The course comes in response to the recent closure of Eastern Fine Paper along with the downsizings of numerous other employers.
