University of Maine senior right wing Colin Shields collected two assists while playing in all five games for Great Britain during the recently-concluded IIHF World Championships in Oslo, Norway.

It was the third straight year the Glasgow, Scotland native had played for Great Britain in the World Championships.

He had an assist in a 5-4 loss to Belarus and another in the 6-0 victory over Belgium. Great Britain went 1-3-1 in the tournament.
