CORINTH – Kevin M. Brown has been promoted to the rank of colonel in the U.S. Army. Brown is stationed in Korea.

A 1976 graduate of Central High School, Corinth, and a 1980 graduate of the University of Maine, he is the son of Bertina Hartley of Etna.
