Shriners to offer free screening clinics

AUGUSTA – Rep. William Rogers Jr., R-Brewer, and Rep. Brian Duprey, R-Hampden, have announced that the Anah Shriners and the Anah’s Shriner Clubs will offer free screening clinics for children under age 18 with orthopedic problems.

The following free clinics will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 1:

. Aroostook Orthopedic Association, 172 Academy St., Presque Isle.

. Anah Shriners, 586 Main St., Bangor.

. Dr. Richard Swett, 45 Dwelley St., Dover-Foxcroft.

. Waldo County Shrine Club, Northport Avenue, Belfast.

. Down East Community Hospital, McBride Building, Machias.

. Calais Regional Hospital, 50 Franklin St., Calais.

Children attending must have birth certificates, immunization records and if applicable, divorce decree, adoption, custody or guardianship orders. For information, call Anah Shriners at 942-2254.
