AUGUSTA – The League of Women Voters of Maine will hold its annual meeting 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at the Senator Inn and Spa in Augusta. The daylong meeting, “Celebrating Civic Engagement,” is open to the public and will feature presentations and workshops on key aspects of citizen engagement in public affairs.

Speakers will include Jeannine Guttman, editor of the Portland Press Herald, and Joanne D’Arcangelo, chief of staff of the Maine House Majority Office.
