LINNEUS – A 17-year-old Houlton youth died Friday night when the vehicle he was driving left the road, ejecting him from the vehicle.
According to a report by Maine State Police Trooper Daniel Deschaine, Seth Fitzpatrick was dead at the scene of the single-car accident on Route 2A in Linneus.
The accident happened about 11:35 p.m. Friday. Fitzpatrick, alone in his vehicle, lost control of his 1996 four-door sedan, which left the road and rolled over.
The investigation was continuing Sunday.
The police officer said Fitzpatrick was not wearing a seat belt.
The car was demolished.
