At Calais, Isaiah Roberts hit a two-run double to highlight a six-run Machias rally in the top of the first inning.

Washburn sweeps East Grand

At Danforth, the Beavers tallied 52 runs in two games to sweep East Grand, 27-4 and 25-2.

In the opener, Seth Milton doubled twice, Jason Thompson tripled and Luke Hafford doubled to pace the winners. James Croan had a two-run single for the Vikings.

In the second game, Hafford singled three times and Josh Bigbee singled twice to key Washburn.

Adam Thompson and Sam Morris doubled for the Beavers while Josh Barnes had a double for East Grand.
