DOVER-FOXCROFT – Keith Nason’s sacrifice fly in the sixth delivered what would be the game-winner as John Bapst overcame a 3-1 deficit and nipped Foxcroft Academy 5-4 in baseball action Thursday.
Brian Roach doubled and singled for the winners and his RBI single highlighted a three-run fourth inning.
Matt Carey had two singles for Foxcroft, which had its seven-game winning streak snapped. Josh Withee had a double and two RBIs and Adan Conway also doubled.

At Lincoln, Doug Robinson earned his first win by allowing five hits, striking out one, and walking two for the Mattanawcook Academy Lynx.
Dustin Hanscom hit a grand slam in the first and singled for MA. Jason Murchison belted a two-run homer in the first, Dylan Hanscom had two singles and two RBIs, and Steven Whitney had two singles and one RBI.
Matt Cummings singled twice to lead Penobscot Valley of Howland.

At Greenville, senior righthander Anthony Lavigne pitched his first career no-hitter, recording all 15 outs via strikeouts, while leading the Lakers to victory over the Averill School of Hinckley.
Lavigne, who singled twice with three RBIs, walked two batters. David Aucoin (three RBIs) and Scott Lavigne (1 RBI) each laced a triple and two singles for Greenville. David Whitman singled three times and Durgin McKusick doubled and singled.

At Deer Isle, D.J. McCleary hit a solo home run in the fourth inning to help push Bangor Christian past Deer Isle-Stonington.
Willy Hinkley had a pinch-hit, two-run single in the sixth inning for the Patriots and Tory Dearborn singled twice.
Rob Haskell hit a two-run single in the third inning for Deer Isle Stonington and Nick Ciomei added two singles.

At Bucksport, Matt Allison singled over the drawn-in outfield with one out and the bases loaded in the eighth inning to help the Golden Bucks win.
A walk to Robbie Pushard, Joe Robicheau’s single and an intentional walk set the stage for Allison’s game-winner.
Allison’s RBI fielder’s choice and Chris Remick’s sacrifice fly tied the game in the fifth.
Robicheau had three singles while Pushard, Ted Cooke and Chris Maguire had two apiece for the Bucks, who trailed 5-1.
Ryan Levesque hit a three-run homer and three singles for Orono and had four RBIs and Bryan Hennigan singled twice.

Wentworth had a total of four singles and two RBIs. Aaron Lewis singled three times while Johndro singled twice. Willy Crichton and Clifford Gardner each knocked in two runs.
Pat Howell had three singles and Joe Clark singled and doubled for the Eagles.

At Newport, Kevin Brooks’ two-run triple followed by Jason Huntley’s RBI single keyed a five-run fourth inning that erased a 5-3 deficit and led Hampden Academy to the win.
Brooks had two singles to go with his triple and drove in three runs. Ian Lee and Pat Moran also had three runs as Lee tripled and doubled and Moran tripled and singled. Billy Shannon chipped in with three singles and two RBIs.
Seth Bradstreet doubled and singled and drove in two runs for Nokomis and Josh Vile had two singles and an RBI.

Sara Jones had a triple, single, and a run for the Indians. Liz Bergeron singled twice.
