Max Louscher of Bangor won in his first prejuvenile figure skating competition Friday at the 2004 Summer Challenge in Marlboro, Mass. Louscher, 10, was awarded four firsts and one second by the five-judge panel after his freestyle program at the New England Figure Skating Club.
