Air Force Airman Rachel K. Gamertsfelder has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Gamertsfelder’s parents are Nick and Karla Gamertsfelder of Pembroke. She is a 2003 graduate of Washington Academy in East Machias.

Air Force Airman Chad A.F. Pike has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. He is a 2003 graduate of Woodland High School in Washington County. Pike is the son of Lori Pike and grandson of Gertrude Roberts, both of Princeton.
