Scott Robinson and Matt McGraw of the University of Maine have been named to the Canadian Student National Baseball Team that will compete at the World University Baseball Championship scheduled July 23-Aug. 1 in Chinese Taipei.

Robinson, a sophomore right-handed pitcher, is 3-0 with six saves and a 2.28 earned run average for the Black Bears. McGraw, a freshman catcher and designated hitter, is batting .342 with 16 RBIs this season.

The Canadian team is made up of 22 student-athletes enrolled in full-time studies at postsecondary schools in Canada and the U.S.
