Elizabeth M. Schneider has my vote on June 8.

Elizabeth is not new to helping the people in her area. By serving as vice president on the Orono Economic Development Corp. she has helped to bring more than 600 jobs to the area. She was twice elected to the Orono Town Council and serves on numerous committees. Like Sen. Mary Cathcart, Elizabeth will be an impartial voice for the district and will work full time for us.

Elizabeth understands the financial pressures facing families, seniors and working people today. She is committed to work to retain jobs and make improvements to the tax structure for tax relief. Elizabeth will work for affordable health care, and she is committed to K-16 educational opportunities for all children and adults. She cares deeply about veterans and will be a great advocate for them as well as for the rest of us. Elizabeth is an experienced, proven, community leader and she is the best individual to serve our District 30.

I can think of no one who will be more dedicated or will give more to our entire district. Elizabeth is an excellent choice to be our next Maine senator. Please join me on June 8 and vote for Schneider.
