HERMON – Bob Merchant of Lamoine started up front and led all the way to win the Little Enduro feature during Varney GMC Pontiac Mazda Wacky Wednesday racing action at Speedway 95.

The race was marred by several red flags brought out by multicar wrecks and the race was reduced from 30 laps to 20 because of time constraints.

Richard Burrill of Sullivan finished second, Greg Small of Ellsworth was third, Ellsworth’s Patrick Downey wound up fourth and John Luce of Carmel took fifth.
