BANGOR – During the Bangor Symphony Orchestra’s annual meeting May 26, seven new members were elected to join the BSO board.

Joining the BSO for three-year terms are Pamela Coffey-Paine of Hampden, Jean Eysenbach of Brooksville, Mary Lou Colbath of Orono, Samuel W. Lanham Jr. of Bangor, Susan Dowe of Bangor, Albert R. Smith II of Brooklin and Jenifer Wilson-Smith of Bangor.

For the 2004-2005 fiscal year, the officers to serve the BSO will be James H. Goff, president; Charles Rauch, immediate past president; Jeffrey Smith, first vice president; Sandra Blake-Leonard, second vice president; James M. Timmins, secretary and Lee J. Chick, treasurer.

The Bangor Symphony Orchestra is preparing to enter its 109th season. Six classical concerts are again planned for the season, including a world-premiere symphony with Bangor’s history as its theme planned for October.
