WASHINGTON – The Department of Homeland Security is awarding a $45,504 federal grant to the Brooklin Fire Department through the Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program, Sens. Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins announced recently. The grant will assist in fire operations and firefighter safety training.
