St. John’s choir school to begin on June 28

BANGOR – The parish of St. John’s Episcopal Church, with organist and choirmaster Dr. Fred Jones, will host its 24th annual choir school, noon-4 p.m. June 28-July 2, at the church, 225 French St.

The school is for students from age 6 through high school.

The school participates in Camp Bangor scholarships.

The week of school culminates with singing of choral evensong at 5 p.m. Friday, July 2, at the church. The public is welcome to attend.
