Maine Avenue has plenty of room to grow, the Army Reserve Center has lots of office space plus a garage. The Bangor Police Department is a mobile unit that patrols the streets and has radio contact with its vehicles, so if an emergency arises, they can respond from wherever they might be patrolling. Therefore, there is no need to be in downtown Bangor.
This is the time to let the county dispatch for the city; we have paid for this service, and have never taken advantage of it.
