HALIFAX, Nova Scotia -Ben Rowe of Turner, the defending two-time Pro All-Stars Series points champion, passed Scarborough’s Larry Gelinas with 35 laps to go and took the checkered flag at the Forbes Chev-Olds 200 at Scotia Speedworld Saturday. It was Rowe’s second win of the season.

Strong’s Tracy Gordon finished second with Turner’s Mike Rowe, Ben’s father, coming home third. Gelinas and Dave Gorveatt of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, rounded out the top five with positions six-through-10 going to points leader Johnny Clark of Farmingdale, Bangor’s Gary Smith, Falmouth’s Scott Mulkern, Denmark’s Travis Khiel, and Walt Hammond of Canaan, N.H.
