Nothing but a narcissist

I was shocked and appalled after reading the article, “Man risks business to protest war” (BDN, July 5).

Jonathan Mohr says that he, “… knows of 855 souls who would say ‘Hell no'” if asked if they’re better off now than they were four years ago. Isn’t that a rather large assumption on his part? Especially since re-enlistment in the military was up last year.

I call on Mohr to back this statement up. Has he personally spoken with the families of the dead? How does he think they feel about his using their loved ones to advance his personal agenda?

Mohr also says, “Anyone in their right mind is [now] saying, ‘Is it worth it?'” Perhaps he has forgotten about the people of Iraq. I’m sure many of them think that freedom is “worth it.”

Or maybe Mohr doesn’t really care about them. He doesn’t care about soldiers, he doesn’t care about Iraqis, he thinks that anyone pro-war is some sort of submissive idiot. It seems to me that Mohr is nothing but a narcissist.
