WATERVILLE – Tires, Batteries and Accessories (TBA) of Bangor defeated McKenney Plumbing and Heating of Westbrook 10-7 Sunday to win the 2004 Maine ASA Class C state softball championship.
TBA went unbeaten through the 28-team tournament.
Team members Jon Sellars, Marc Inman, Ray Brown, Mike Walker Jr., Harrison Stewart, John Sirious, Aaron Brown, Mat Brown, Rob White, Carl Gaudett, Jeff Lancaster and Danny Cyr will be raising money to travel to the national tournament in Montgomery, Ala., Sept. 23-26.
