The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, a chain of 14 tropical islands in the Western Pacific, has earned a berth to the 2004 Senior League World Series to be held at Mansfield Stadium in Bangor on Aug. 15-21.

CNMI won the Asia-Pacific title Wednesday by defeating Guam 2-1 in the championship game played at Agana, Guam.
