Huff edges Wiseman for victory at Winterport

WINTERPORT – Tim Huff of Foxcroft edged out Blue Hill’s Rick Wiseman to win the Super Pro/Pro Eliminator Overall Final at Winterport Dragway Saturday night.

At Wiscasset, Washington’s John Rideout started from the pole position and led the whole way for his second win of the season in the 25-lap Limited Sportsman feature.

Chuck Colby of Newcastle challenged after a late restart but settled for second. Maurice Young of Chelsea finished third. Duane Love of West Gardiner was fourth and Nick Reno of West Bath was fifth.
