LEVANT – The town is closing the Lake and Pember roads to through traffic the first week of August as part of a construction project to replace several culverts.
Both roads will be closed to through traffic during the week of Aug. 2-6, although the completion date could be extended into the next week if the weather is inclement, Town Manager Derik Goodine said recently.
Goodine, who also serves as the town’s road commissioner, said that residents should note the location of the construction work being done on any given day and plan for alternative routes.
