BANGOR – The Bangor Lumberjacks signed former New Haven infielder Ryan Kane Tuesday and traded two players to the Cutters for future considerations.

Bangor sent right-handed reliever Laine McKeller and infielder Jeff Brooks to New Haven.

Kane, originally a sixth round selection of the Anaheim Angels in 1995, had his best Northeast League season in 2002, when he batted .298 with 12 homers and 66 RBIs for New Jersey.
