ROCKLAND – Police on Tuesday were investigating a burglary at Burger King on Camden Street in which the culprits got away with a “substantial” amount of cash.
The theft was reported at 5:07 a.m. Tuesday, according to Deputy Police Chief Wallace Tower. Police said there were no signs of forced entry into the building or the safe.
Burglars emptied the contents of the safe, Tower said.
He declined to comment on the amount of money taken.
