101st Air Refueling Wing

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Nathan Jordan graduated from the Air National Guard Academy of Military Science at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Air National Guard.

Jordan, a carpenter, is assigned to the 101st Air Refueling Wing in Bangor.

He is a 1998 graduate of Ellsworth High School and a 2002 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla. He is the son of Daniel Jordan and Diane Jordan, both of Ellsworth.

Basic training

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Army Pvt. Adam McKay has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson.

McKay is the son of Sheila Goodine of Levant and Tim McKay of Winterport.

He is a 2003 graduate of Hampden Academy.
