PORTLAND- The Portland Sea Dogs established a new franchise attendance record Monday. Monday’s attendance of 6,312 brought the 2004 total to 434,684, surpassing the previous mark of 429,763 set in 1995,

On April 30, the Sea Dogs welcomed the 4 millionth fan in franchise history to Hadlock Field. In 11 years in Portland, the Sea Dogs have now hosted 4,388,129 fans at Hadlock Field. The Sea Dogs sold out the 6,975-seat facility 15 times in 2004 and averaged 6,200 fans per game in 70 dates, marking the fourth time in team history the team averaged more than 6,000 fans per game.
