Moffitt asked if the tin contained marijuana seeds, and Dunakin replied “maybe,” Moffitt said. After Dunakin began dumping the seeds, Moffitt searched the car and found a bag of marijuana, scales and other items.

Dunakin was summoned for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Moffitt said.
