GLENBURN – The Glenburn Recreation Department is seeking volunteers for the upcoming basketball and cheering season. Basketball coaches are needed for kindergarten to eighth-grade pupils. Cheering squad coaches are needed for grades three to eight.

Volunteer referees also are needed. Training is provided.

Registration for the basketball and cheering programs will take place 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 12 and 13, at Glenburn Elementary School. The program is limited to Glenburn residents.
