FORT KENT – There will be a diversity brunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today in the campus dining hall that features specialty dishes representing some of the nations and cultures of international students attending the University of Maine at Fort Kent.
Among the menu items planned are Spanish rice, tabouli, curry chicken with rice, empanadas, shortbread, baklava and Indian rice pudding.
The event kicks off this year’s annual “Come to Campus Days” celebration.
The public is invited to the brunch. Tickets are $4. Call 834-7513 for information and tickets.
