Bangor writer Ed Rice will present a public talk about Penobscot Indian and former Cleveland Indians player Louis Sockalexis – the subject of his book Baseball’s First Indian – Thursday at the Bangor Public Library. The free talk will begin at 6:30 p.m. and a question-and-answer period will follow.
