ROCKPORT – Fundamentals of coastal navigation will be covered in an eight-week course starting Sept. 28 at Camden Hills Regional High School on Route 90.

The course, taught by the Rockland-based flotilla of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, is designed to equip recreational boaters with some expertise in safe navigation. It will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays.
