ELLSWORTH – Michelle Ouellette scored the winning goal off a Shelby Cousins assist with seven minutes left Saturday, lifting Caribou to a 2-1 girls soccer victory over Ellsworth.
Monica Selander scored off an Ouellette assist six minutes into the second half for 5-3-2 Caribou. Billie Martin made five saves on nine shots.
Emily Miller scored a goal off an Ashley Oleson assist nine minutes into the game for 3-5-2 Ellsworth. Catie Cravens stopped five of 11 shots.

At Presque Isle, Katie Delong scored two goals and notched two assists and Sarah Gonsiorski added two goals to help the Wildcats roll by Mount Desert Island.
Emily Robertson, Nicole James, Katie Moody, Angela Norsworthy, Jessica Currier and McKenzie Talbot each added a goal for the 11-0 winners. Brianna Young and Molly Hamel combined to face one shot and made one save.
For 1-4-4 MDI, Asia Ross made 16 saves on 26 shots.

At Bangor, Caroline Cassling achieved her fifth straight shutout, stopping all nine shots she faced in the Crusaders’ win.
Haley Cutri had two goals and one assist for 7-1-1 John Bapst. Ashley Samford, Emily Snyder and Elaine Colwell each scored one goal, while Taylor Greenlaw and Evelyn Sharkey had two assists apiece.
Kelsey Bouchard saw 22 shots and saved 17 for the 6-3-1 Warriors.

At Bucksport, Lindsey Gordon notched two goals as the Golden Bucks beat out Nokomis of Newport.
Jill Richards had one goal for 6-1-1 Bucksport. Katie Allen, Jen Murauckas and Terren Hall each helped with an assist. Katie Hurd faced one shot, but did not make any saves.
Rozlyn Peterson made 13 saves on 21 shots for the 0-9 Warriors.

At Calais, Kayla Cobb scored two goals to push the Blue Devils to the win.
Darcy Gillespie scored a goal and assisted on two others for 4-4-2 Calais. Danielle Feck had a goal and an assist and Courtney Taylor added a goal. Stephanie Perry stopped seven of 10 shots.
Bethany Targonski made 10 saves on 15 shots for the 3-6-2 Shiretowners.

At Corinth, Molly Chretien, Sadie Chretien and Erica Brownell each scored a goal to help lead Central to the win.
Nicole Daniel made two saves on four shots for the 4-4-1 Red Devils.
Regyn Lowry stopped 19 of 23 shots for 1-8 Deer Isle-Stonington.

At Danforth, Patricia Candelano and Laureta Ricker each scored two goals to help lead Shead of Eastport to the win.
Skylar Richardson scored a goal and assisted on three others for 8-2 Shead. Celia Cummings and Shelly Melanson added a goal each. Brittany Cox stopped eight of 10 shots.
Kelsey Daoust and Sarah Rodier each scored a goal for 0-7-1 East Grand and Paula Osnoe made six saves on 13 shots.

At Presque Isle, Sam Mathers scored three goals to lift Presque Isle past Mount Desert Island.
Nate Carter had a goal and four assists for 8-2 Presque Isle, and Jeff Cole and Jared Dickinson each added a goal. Greg Whitaker and Chris Carlin each had an assist. Brad Baker stopped all four shots.
Max Blanford made 12 saves on 18 shots for the 5-5 Trojans.

At Calais, Ryan Brewer scored the first goal on a direct kick in the first half to help lead Houlton to the win.
Aaron Fitz added a first-half goal for 4-5-1 Houlton and Eben Thompson made 11 saves on 19 shots.
Corey Johnson stopped 24 of 35 shots for 5-6 Calais.
