ORONO – There will be a free “women’s only” ice hockey clinic featuring the University of Maine’s hockey coaches on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at the Black Bear Inn in Orono from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The rules, strategies and referee’s signals and calls will be among the topics covered. Video will also be used and attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
Those wishing to reserve a seat, should call Betty Donovan at 581-5111 (w) or 942-9252 (h) or Jeanne Goss in the hockey office at 581-1106 no later than today.
Walk-ins will be welcomed but space is limited. Light refreshments will be served.
