WATERVILLE – Daniel Klernan and Bobby Abendroth each had a goal and an assist as the Colby White Mules edged the University of Maine-Farmington 2-1 in men’s soccer Thursday.
Brian Davidson had four saves on 20 shots for 3-2-2 Colby.
Nate Ghelli scored off a Rob Cloutier pass for 6-4 UMaine-Farmington. Seabren Reeves stopped six of 20 shots.

Bates 4, U-New England 1
At Lewiston, Meg Coffin knocked in three goals, all assisted by Molly Wagner as the Bobcats improved to 5-2-1.
Kim Alexander scored Bates’ other goal. Kelly Wakeham and Emily Howieson made four saves on seven shots.
Jessica Murphy scored for the 4-4 Nor’Easters. Mallory Wilson and Amanda Brown combined for 18 saves on 31 shots.
St. Joe’s 3, Maine Maritime 0
At Standish, Karla Emerson notched two goals as the Monks blanked the Mariners of Castine.
Morgan Meserve scored the other goal for St. Joe’s. Shana Howard made four save on eight shots.
