SANGERVILLE – The Maine Department of Transportation will begin repairs to the Knowlton bridge on Knowlton Mill Road on Tuesday, Oct. 12.
The repairs will address deterioration of the bridge’s concrete wearing surface. It will be necessary to close the bridge, and traffic will be rerouted onto the Douty Hill Road.
DOT engineers estimate the project will take four weeks to complete.
