BANGOR – Winter parking regulations will begin Nov. 1 and last until March 31.

. No vehicle will be allowed to park on any public way, square, or parking area within city limits between midnight and 6 a.m.

. On even-numbered days between 6 a.m. and midnight, parking generally is allowed only on the even-numbered side of the street. On odd-numbered days parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of the street. These parking regulations are overruled if an area has signs regulating parking.

. A vehicle that blocks snow removal from any public way, square, or parking area likely will be towed at the owner’s expense.

. Cars parked in private driveways should not block the sidewalks so that pedestrians and sidewalk plows can maneuver.
