Having had the pleasure of working with fellow Brewer city councilors over the last three years, I cannot begin to explain what a dedicated public servant Councilor Gail Kelly is, on all levels of governmental services to which she so aspires.

Kelly is a go-getter, a nonstopper, and deserves another term on the council.
