DOVER-FOXCROFT – A Milo man who allegedly victimized a young girl for seven years was one of three people indicted Thursday by a grand jury in Piscataquis County.
Gordon L. Gustin, 45, of Milo, was indicted on 12 counts of gross sexual assault and five counts of sexual abuse of a minor.
The charges involve a girl who was under the age of 14 and the incidents allegedly extended from May 1996 through about May 2003.
Rona L. Ames, 37, of Sebec, was indicted on theft by unauthorized taking.
The theft allegedly occurred on March 13, 2004 at A.E. Robinson Oil Co. in Guilford. The theft involved a value of more than $1,000 but not more than $10,000.
Also indicted was Scott W. Knowlton, 41, of Parkman, on marijuana cultivation.
Police allegedly found more than 100 marijuana plants but less than 500 plants growing on Knowlton’s property in Parkman on Aug. 24.
The three are expected to be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Piscataquis County in 13th District Court.
