OLD TOWN – With two City Council seats open, residents on Tuesday elected one new councilor and voted to retain incumbent Gary Sirois. The results of the council race are as follows: . Gary Sirois (incumbent) – 2,263 .

OLD TOWN – With two City Council seats open, residents on Tuesday elected one new councilor and voted to retain incumbent Gary Sirois.

The results of the council race are as follows:

. Gary Sirois (incumbent) – 2,263

. Carol May – 2,107

. Scott Cates (incumbent) – 1,644

. Riley Donavan – 898

All posts are for three-year terms.

In the school board race, residents voted to re-elect incumbent Ron Sagner, and Faye McDermott replaced board member Terri Trembley. Sagner and McDermott ran unopposed for the three-year terms.
