CARIBOU – A meeting to plan the winter carnival and snowmobile festival is planned for 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, at the Caribou Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Sweden Street.

The festival will begin Thursday, Feb. 17, and end on Sunday, Feb. 27.
