Andy Santerre of Cherryfield, who won his third consecutive Busch North points championship this season, will try to add yet another trophy to his mantelpiece tonight during the Toyota NASCAR All-Star Showdown at Irwindale Speedway (Calif.).
The second annual competition pits the top 15 Busch North drivers against their counterparts from the Winston West series. The Busch North drivers posted a convincing 1,905-1,660 win last year led by Santerre, who finished second behind Winston West driver Austin Cameron of El Cajon, Calif.
