UNITY – The WE Lead Program, a women’s environmental leadership organization at Unity College, will host Burt’s Bees co-founder Roxanne Quimby from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, in the school library.
The presentation, part of Unity’s Distinguished Speaker series, will be an intimate fireside chat as Quimby will discuss her story of personal growth as a woman concerned with wise stewardship of environmental resources.
Burt’s Bees is a $175 million business.
The event is free and open to the public.
