ROCKLAND – VIP Parts, Tires, and Service will host Ricky Craven on November 23 for four p.m. to six p.m. at the Rockland VIP Parts, Tires and Service location on Camden Street. Craven’s appearance is a continuation of support for VIP’s efforts to raise funds for the Ricky Craven Charity Drive

The fundraising effort, which brought in over $60,000 in 2003, involves employees at VIP’s 50 stores throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts soliciting donations for the Ricky Craven Charity Foundation. The drive began on October 13 with Mr. Craven’s appearance in Westbrook and will end in January. A check with the final donation total will be presented to the foundation at the annual VIP Snowmobile Ride for Charity in Greenville in January of 2005.
