Bowdoin College’s Marissa O’Neil, Taryn King, Margaret Gormley and Kate Leonard were all named to the 2004 Field Hockey New England All-American team, announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

O’Neil and King, who made the first team, combined for 14 goals and 18 assists. Leonard, who made the second team, posted five shutouts and allowed seven goals in NESCAC play while fellow second-teamer Gormley anchored the Bowdoin defense, which allowed only 15 goals on the season.
