The Boston Red Sox have named Todd Claus as manager of the Double-A Portland Sea Dogs for 2005. He replaces Ron Johnson, who will take over at Triple-A Pawtucket. Claus, who has spent his career in the Anaheim Angels’ system, is the fifth manager in Sea Dogs’ history.
