The following Thanksgiving meals will be offered today:

. BANGOR – A free Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings will be offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Captain Nick’s Restaurant, 1165 Union St.

The dinner is open to anyone who needs a Thanksgiving meal.

. GUILFORD – The Guilford United Methodist Church will offer a free Thanksgiving Day meal from noon to 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the church. The event is open to the public.

It is being organized by Kirsty Pratley.

Local residents who have no family or friends to spend the day with are encouraged to attend.

Those who need a ride or need a meal delivered may call 876-4261.

. JONESPORT – All senior citizens are invited to a free Thanksgiving dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the BlueBird Ranch Family Restaurant, 3 E. Main St.

Donations will be accepted and all proceeds will benefit the Make a Wish Foundation.
