Maine Correctional Center prepared 500 pounds of turkey, 80 pounds of stuffing, 160 pounds of cranberry sauce, 150 pounds of butternut squash, 200 pounds of mashed potatoes, 30 gallons of gravy, 160 pounds of peas, 55 dozen rolls and 100 pumpkin pies with 30 pounds of whipped cream for 680 male inmates.
